INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PARENTS OF STUDENT JOINING DPS HOSTEL SESSION 26-27
New admissions of classes III to VIII reporting date is 20th of April’ 26 from 11:00am to 4:00 pm
New admissions of classes IX to X and XII reporting date is 19th of April’ 26 from 11:00am to 4:00 pm
Hostel students joining Class XI are requested to report to the Hostel tentatively on 5th May 2026 by 3:00 PM.
All parents reporting on above dates to come with their wards and report to House Master and Warden (Girls hostel) (Contact no. 9957861170, 7005876564).
Entry of parents in the hostel campus is not allowed. All to report to the Sr. DPS school campus main office. List of items to be brought is available in the school website under hostel tab /hostel. prospectus.
Please download the hostel admission form from the school website and bring it prefilled to avoid unnecessary delay.
No expensive items are allowed in DPS hostel.
Mobiles and electrical items are not permitted, however only one functional keypad mobile is permitted which will be deposited with Warden and will be used only on Sundays as per the schedule and permission of the hostel Warden.
Books, stationery, Uniforms etc will be arranged in the school with extra payment.
Please bring important documents like, TC, Birth Certificate, two passport size photograph, Marksheet of previous class, copy of online fee receipt, Online School registration Form and Online Admission Form along with the copy of Aadhar Card & Passport (If applicable.
If your child is interested in any particular indoor or outdoor sports / Music activity, you ward may bring required accessories/ items
Parents must collect the PINK CARD from the school office before dropping their wards at their respective hostels and get it signed by the school authority.
